2011 Round-Up Of My Social Media Cartoons And Comics

NOTE: If you love my 2011 roundup of social media comics below, be sure to check out the 2012 roundup of my social media comics, as well.

2011 was a great year for my blog and I appreciate everyone who stopped by to check it out. The biggest category of content that attracted visitors to SocMedSean.com in 2011 was definitely my social media comic strips. What started as a review of the StripGenerator social network (a social network for people who like to create comics), quickly turned into a fun, entertaining passion for converting real-life social media conversations into humorous art.

Yes…each comic strip was based on a conversation that I had with someone this year. Some of them are pretty scary/funny.

In case you missed them, here are links to all my 2011 social media comics in one post. Some readers have asked for permission to use them in blog posts and presentations and the answer is “Yes” as long as you keep the attribution and the URL to my blog.

Please note: Some of the links in my posts are affiliate links. I get commissions for purchases made through those links. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases when you buy something from those links.

In case you were wondering, my favorite comic that I created this year was The Social Media Kneejerk. Really??? You Want Me To Turn Off Twitter?

The social media kneejerk - How those who don't understand social media often react to a social media crisis

The fan favorite, based on traffic was definitely the Do You Pout About Klout comic.

Pouting about Klout doesn't really have any effect, since Klout doesn't let us know how to positively impact it

I hope you have enjoyed the social media humor and I’ll be continuing with my comics and cartoons in 2012 so check back or use the form in the right column to subscribe to my RSS feed and have them delivered to your Inbox.

Cheers!

–Sean
