I think there are more advantages than disadvantages of using social intranet, as mentioned in the article, it is a quick and effective way to communicate and stay connected among the employees which eventually will result into increased productivity. The only question I would like to ask is, can I trust my employees with this. We have been using Clintra for quite some time now and there have been no issues at all.

Very interesting! I agree social intranet has its pros and cons. I see employees on Facebook even when working and to avoid this, the management should implement some strong rules. I really can't blame those who choose to use a social media management software for their marketing campaign.
